Pulkovo Aviation Enterprise Flight 9560 was a domestic passenger flight from Moscow's Sheremetyevo International Airport to the city of Anapa. The Tupolev Tu-154 aircraft took off amid cloudy weather conditions and immediately encountered issues that prevented it from gaining sufficient altitude. Shortly after takeoff, the plane was reported to have gone off radar and crashed near the town of Tuchkovo in the Moscow region.
