Johannes Oecolampadius

A prominent figure in the Protestant Reformation, contributed significantly to the development of Reformed theology. Served as a pastor in Basel, Switzerland, where efforts focused on advancing theological education and reforming church practices. Collaborated with other reformers, including Ulrich Zwingli, in efforts to establish a more scriptural approach to Christianity.
