Mu Zong

Ruled as the second emperor of the Liao Dynasty from 946 until death in 969. Contributed to the consolidation and expansion of the empire's territory. Established strong administrative practices and promoted cultural development during the reign. Significant efforts were made to integrate various ethnic groups within the empire, enhancing stability and governance.
